Hai Phong Construction Trade Joint Stock Company used to be the State Company - Hai Phong Construction Trade Company was founded on 24 December 1987
On 08 August 2005, the Hai Phong People's Committee made the decision No 1863/QD-UB to change Hai Phong Construction Trade Company to become Hai Phong Construction Trade Joint Stock Company
The State Chairman of The Socialist Republic of Vietnam has given the Third Class Labor Medal to the Company and Prime Minister has given Congratulatory Certificate 02 times for contributing into the "Industrialization - Modernization" of the country.  Construction Ministry has given the Gold Medal for the Vietnam High Quality Goods for Product of company

Hai Phong Construction Trade Joint Stock Company is the independence economic self-supporting company, which has fully legal status and run as the Business Law of National Assembly of The Socialist Republic of Vietnam which has approved on 12 June 1999 and the Activity Regulation of Joint Stock Company which has approved in Stock Member Congress on 27 September 2005
Total employee of company is 550 persons, in which 40% is engineers and intermidiaters, the rest of 60% is skilled technical workers of many sides.
